CBST2009 (The 4^th China International Beverage Exhibition on Science & Technology) was successfully held at Shanghai New International Expo Center on Nov.24-26.2009.

On the evening of Nov.23,2009,the Opening Party of CBST2009 was held at Sheraton Shanghai Hoter and Residences. Over 200 people from 180 exhibiting companies attended the party for 500 guests and had a good time with the top managements of beverage enterprises. Mr.Chen Zhijun, President of Sidel and Mr.Shi Minwei, General Manager of Nanjing Light Industry Machinery Co.,Ltd., made speeches on behalf of foreign and Chinese exhibitors, respectively, in which they both wished that CBST will be a greater success. Mrs.Zhao   Yali, President of CBIA and Chairwoman of the Organizing Committee of CBST2009, announced the opening of the Exhibition.

The display areas of CBST2009 reached 19000㎡, double that of CBST2007. 180 exhibitors from Great Britain, Germany, USA, Japan, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, etc. displayed their products at Halls W1 and W2. Domestic beverage-related products from 16 provinces including Taiwan were also on display. The exhibits were in the 8 categories of raw materials, spare parts, processing agents, production equipment, packages and packaging machinery, auxiliaries, vending machines and miscellaneous, a lot of which were new products that debuted in China.
